Return and Refund Policy
At GridZone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and downloadable products cannot be returned.
- Tickets for private parties or events are non-refundable once booked but may be rescheduled with at least 14 days' notice.
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@gridzoneofficial.com
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For defective or incorrect products, GridZone will cover the full refund including shipping.
